труда персонала на примере отдела организации труда и заработной платы ОАО «Гомельский завод литья и нормалей». Предложен новый метод определения надбавки за сложность и напряженность работы в зависимости от уровня сложности выполнения задач
работниками отдела. Приведен расчет годового экономического эффекта от внедрения
новшества на предприятии.
The issues of improving the system of material incentives for personnel labor are considered
on the example of the department of organization of labor and wages of JSC “Gomel Plant of Casting and Normals”. A new method is proposed for determining the allowance for the complexity and
intensity of work, depending on the level of complexity of tasks performed by department employees. The calculation of the annual economic effect from the introduction of innovations at the enterprise is given.
