Анализ биомедицинских изображений протеинограмм, получаемых в результате гель-электрофореза, является актуальным направлением исследований. В результате исследования различных методов и средств анализа электрофореграмм, авторами предложена ресурсоэффективная и быстрая модель сверточной нейронной сети, позволяющая осуществлять классификацию протеинограмм сыворотки крови человека с высокой точностью при низких требованиях к вычислительным ресурсам компьютера.

The analysis of biomedical images of proteinograms obtained as a result of gel electrophoresis is a research area of current interest. As a result of the study of various methods and means of analyzing electrophoregrams, the authors proposed a resource-efficient and fast model of convolutional neural network, which allows the classification of human blood serum proteinograms with high accuracy at low requirements to computing resources of the computer.

In this work, we studied the interaction of dopant substances with the surface of the SiO2 framework of xerogel. For this purpose, samples of SiO2:GeO2 and SiO2:Geº compositions synthesized at a temperature of 800 °C were prepared. The studies were carried out using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed a clearly defined
globular structure and high homogeneity of the morphology of the samples. The introduction of germanium contributed to the formation of a coating on the surface of SiO2 globules and an increase in the size of aggregates, which is associated with the agglomeration of germanium ions. Morphology analysis revealed a porous structure, especially pronounced in SiO2:GeO2 samples, which can improve the mechanical properties of the materials. Chemical composition and phase analysis confirmed a change in the ratios of elements, indicating the effect of germanium on the physicochemical properties of the xerogel. The obtained results open up new prospects for the application of such nanocomposites in thin-film technologies and composite materials.

This study examines the importance of transportation and communications infrastructure in enhancing the business environment and attracting foreign direct investment in Libya, especially in traditional sectors such as banking and tourism. It also emphasizes the need to develop education as a prerequisite for economic diversification, by improving the quality of the education system and providing students with the skills required in the labor market. The study reviews the
economic challenges facing Libya after 2011, including over-reliance on the public sector and the weakness of the private sector, and explores the structural reforms needed to achieve sustainable growth. The impact of previous economic policies on the
Libyan economy is analyzed and the effects of the popular uprisings on production and GDP are assessed. The study provides strategic recommendations to improve the investment climate and promote private sector growth, with an emphasis on the
need for coordination between the public and private sectors in developing education and training programs
