In the context of global economic processes and integration, this article focuses on the analysis
of the legal framework governing the socio-economic sphere in the Republic of Belarus. The article
examines the constitutional foundations that determine the social orientation of the economy, the diversity of forms of ownership and freedom of entrepreneurship.

Данная работа посвящена анализу юридических и экономических связей, долговых обязательств, а также форм соглашений, действовавших в Бресте в 1546 г. Основной идеей
темы является заключение коллективных актов между купцами, которые совместно несли
ответственность за финансовые обязательства. Исследование рассматривает исторический контекст возникновения этих договорных отношений, их правовые основы, а также
влияние на экономическое состояние города в период первой половины XVI в.

This work is devoted to the analysis of legal and economic relations, debt obligations, as well
as the forms of agreements in force in Brest in 1546. The main idea of the topic is the conclusion of
collective acts between merchants who were jointly responsible for financial obligations. The study
examines the historical context of the emergence of these contractual relations, their legal foundations, as well as the impact on the economic state of the city during the first half of the XVI century.

Рассмотрена ключевая роль правовой культуры в формировании цивилизованного общества, ее основные элементы и функции, а также методы ее формирования. Также затрагивается роль государства в развитии правовой культуры и необходимость совершенствования правотворческой и правоприменительной деятельности.

This article examines legal culture as a key role in the formation of a civilized society. Various aspects of legal culture, its main elements and functions, as well as methods of its formation
are considered. The role of the state in the development of legal culture and the need to improve
law-making and law enforcement activities are also touched upon.
